ABC news, Chicago have reported a national beer shortage is possible due to supply chain issues involving shortage in aluminium cans and carbon dioxide. Rising prices for Brewers and transportation are factors impacting their bottom lining which may result in fewer varieties of beer available.
This demonstrates the importance of supply chains and the knock on effect it can cause for business and ultimately, for the people.
